Travel Insurance

Tour Costs
- Trip Cost: $3,950 per person (based on double occupancy)
- Single Supplement (private room): $1,800.00
- Land Only Option (you purchase your own airfare): $3,150 per person
Payment Terms
- A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of $450.00 is due upon registration
- First payment of $1,750 is due February 10, 2025
- Final payment of $1,750 is due May 15, 2025 (FINAL PAYMENT)

Cancellation Policy
(Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing)
- February 11, 2025 – May 14, 2025 – cancellation penalty of $2,200 per person
- After May 15, 2025 – No Refunds
Additional Information
- A valid United States passport is required for travel OR a government issued photo id card (such as Driver’s License) AND a state certified copy of your birth certificate.
- Activity level of tour – easy. This tour will require being able to walk 15 minutes and possibly standing for extended periods of time. Each passenger must be able to board the motorcoach\ship without assistance and be able to manage their own luggage.
- This tour is non- transferable upon cancellation (If one cancels their tour, they cannot transfer the payments to another person).
- When purchasing airfare with the group, seats are assigned by the airline and neither Itravel LLC or Prelude Tours has any control of seat assignments. If you prefer specific seats or upgrades, it is recommended that you purchase the land only option when registering and purchase your own airfare to align with the group schedule.
- There will be no refund for unconsumed or unused entrance fees.
