Before You Sail...
An email was sent to each passenger on February 28, 2024 with their reservation number and cabin number. This email contained specific instructions regarding downloading the Norwegian Cruise line app to your phone or tablet. You will need to access your reservation on the app or at www.ncl.com to print your cruise boarding pass before sailing. If you did not receive the email, please check you spam folder for the email. If you have questions regarding the app, please call Debra Robinson with Itravel with Miki @ 501.581.3610.
Online check in via the app or ncl.com by each guest is required to board the ship - You will not be able to check in until 21 days prior to sailing (August 2)
If you are not able to use the online check in feature, you will need to ask for assistance from a family member or friend to help with this process and print the required documents. I Travel with Miki will not be able to provide your boarding documents because it is under each individual name. The documents do not have to be printed so long as you can access it on your phone.
Shore excursions/spa services/specialty dining reservations
These services can be booked though the app prior to boarding the ship. It is recommended to pre book shore excursions to be guaranteed a reservation as some excursions do sell out prior to boarding. There will be no group shore excursions offered on this cruise.
Passport Required
A passport is the preferred and quickest identification required to board the cruise ship. If you do not have a passport, a state certified birth certificate AND a real ID-compliant driver’s license may be used but we strongly recommend that you have a passport to simplify the boarding process. A real ID-compliant driver’s license is a new federal requirement effective May 7, 2025. To determine if your driver’s license is compliant, check to see if there is a gold star in the upper right corner of your driver’s license. If you have a gold star, no further action is needed. If you don’t have a gold star, you will need to request a replacement license or renew your license.
