Group Airfare

A group flight will be available for those who prefer to travel with the group. This will be an economy-class round-trip flight from Houston to Tel Aviv. The estimated airfare is $1,200–$1,500.

Airline schedules become available approximately 8–10 months prior to departure. Once available, the group flight schedule and pricing will be provided to all travelers. At that time, each traveler may choose to purchase the group airfare or make their own flight arrangements.

If you purchase your own airfare, Prelude Tours will assist with arranging your airport and hotel transfers (at your own expense). If your flight schedule is within 20–30 minutes of the group’s itinerary, you are welcome to share the group transfer.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect your trip investment against unforeseen circumstances. To receive coverage for pre-existing medical conditions, insurance must be purchased within 14 days of registration.

Payments and Conditions

  • Cost of Tour – $4,895 per person (based on double occupancy)
  • Single Supplement (Private Room) – $1,650

Payment Terms

  • $595 per person non-refundable, non-transferable deposit due upon registration
  • $2,150 per person due Friday, August 28, 2026
  • $2,150 per person due Friday, November 27, 2026

  • Credit card – payments made by credit card will be assessed a 3% convenience fee.

Cancellation Policy

  • Prior to August 28, 2026 – $595 cancellation fee
  • After August 28 and prior to November 27, 2026 – $2,745
  • After November 27, 2026 – no refunds

Additional Information

  • Activity level of tour –Level 3: This tour is an active tour with walking, standing for longer periods of time on sometimes uneven ground or terrain and climbing steps. There will be some longer days and earlier mornings balanced with free time to enjoy your own interests. Guest should be able to walk 8,000 – 10,000 steps per day and manage their own luggage as needed
  • Passports must be valid for 6 months AFTER the date of return to the United States – (September 5, 2027)
  • There will be no refund for unconsumed hotel meals or unused entrance fees
  • The itinerary as listed is subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of Prelude Tours
  • This tour is non- transferable upon cancellation (If one cancels their tour, they cannot transfer the payments to another person)
  • When purchasing airfare with the group, seats are assigned by the airline and Prelude Tours has no control of seat assignments. If you prefer specific seats or upgrades, it is recommended that you purchase your own airfare to align with the group schedule.
  • If Prelude Tours cancels the tour for any reason, all monies will be refunded.
