Travel Insurance

Payments and Conditions
Tour Costs:
- Land Only – $4,950 per person (based on double occupancy – 2 people per hotel room)
- Airfare (Estimated) – $1,200 Airfare schedule will be determined 9-11 months prior to the tour start date. Each participant will have the option to purchase economy class airfare from Prelude Tours and travel with the group or purchase airfare on their own and coordinate arrival and departure times with the group.
- A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of $600.00 is due upon registration
- $1,450.00 due Friday, February 1, 2023
- $1,450.00 due Wednesday, Nov 1, 2023
- $1,450.00 due Thursday, January 15, 2024 (FINAL PAYMENT)
- Single Supplement (Private Hotel Room): $1,500.00
Cancellation Policy
(Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing)
- Prior to April 1, 2023 – cancellation fee of $2,050 per person
- April 2 – January 14, 2024 – cancellation fee of $3,500 per person
- After January 15, 2024 – No Refunds
- If Prelude Tours cancels this tour for any reason, a full refund will be issued
Additional Information
- Level 3: This tour includes moderate physical activity with some longer days mixed with shorter days and more leisure time. There will also be guided walking tours with distances up to a mile or up to an hour at a time (at a leisurely pace). Walking slightly longer distances, upstairs or on uneven walking surfaces should be expected.
- Passports must be valid for at least 6 months AFTER the date of arrival in London
- There will be no refund for unconsumed hotel meals or unused entrance fees.
- The itinerary as listed is subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of Prelude Tours.
