Terms and Conditions
- Cost of Tour – $1,445 per person (based on double occupancy)
- Single Supplement (Private Room) – $500
- Land only (no airfare) – $1,000
- The tour is limited to 50 people.
Payment Terms
- $445 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit due upon registration
- $500 due October 10, 2024
- $500 due January 6, 2025

Cancellation Policy
- Prior to October 10 – $445 cancellation fee
- After October 10 and prior to January 5, 2025- $945 cancellation fee
- After January 5, 2025 – no refunds
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is highly recommended to safeguard your trip investment from unforeseen circumstances. Insurance must be purchased within 14 days of registration to cover any pre-existing medical conditions. Additional Information
- This tour requires average physical activity and travelers should be able to walk 8,000-10,000 steps daily without assistance and manage their own luggage as needed.
- The itinerary is subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of Prelude Tours or Prestonwood Baptist Church.
- There will be no refund for unconsumed hotel meals or unused entrance fees.
- This tour is non-transferable upon cancellation (if one cancels their tour, payments can not be transferred to another person).
- When purchasing airfare with the group, seats are assigned by the airline and Prelude Tours has no control of seat assignments. If you prefer specific seats or upgrades, it is recommended that you purchase the land only option through Prelude Tours and purchase your own airfare to align with the group schedule.
