- Single supplement (private room) – additional $395
- Land only cost (no bus transportation) – $1,295

Cancellation Policy
- Prior to Aug 31, 2024 – $295 cancellation fee
- After Sept 1, 2024 and prior to Jan 4, 2025 – $995 cancellation fee
- After Jan 5, 2025 – no refunds
Travel Insurance

Additional Information
- Activity level of tour – Level 2: This tour requires average physical activity. You should be in good health, able to climb stairs and walk reasonable distances, possibly over uneven ground and cobblestoned streets. Guests should be able to manage their own luggage as needed.
- The itinerary as listed is subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of Prelude Tours and Elva’s Barnyard Studio.
- There will be no refund for unconsumed meals or unused entrance fees.
- This tour is non-transferable upon cancellation (If one cancels their tour, they cannot transfer the payments to another person).
- If Prelude Tours or Elva’s Barnyard Art Studio cancels the tour for any reason, all monies paid will be refunded.
