Terms and Conditions
Total cost: $2,250 per person (based on double occupancy)
- $250.00 non-refundable/non-transferable deposit due upon registration
- $1,000.00 due June 10, 2023
- $1,000.00 due Sept. 6, 2023 (final payment)
- Single Supplement (private hotel room): $400.00
- Land Only – $ 1,850 (I will provide my own airfare/transportation)
- Registrations received after August 4 may incur additional cost based on airfare.

Cancellation Policy
(cancellation requests must be submitted in writing or email)
- Prior to June 9, 2023 – cancellation fee of $250 (deposit)
- June 10, 2023 – Sept. 5, 2023 – cancellation fee of $250 deposit plus $1,000
- After September 6, 2023 – no refunds
