The Ark Encounter, The Creation Museum and More!

April 1-4, 2025
Day 1, April 1
We will depart from George Bush Intercontinental Airport for our flight to Cincinnati, OH. Upon arrival to Cincinnati, we will drive via motorcoach to Georgetown, KY for our next 3 nights. After check in at the hotel, we will enjoy a group dinner. Overnight Home2suites Hotel, Georgetown, KY (D)
Day 2, April 2
After breakfast, we will visit the Ark Encounter, a one-of-a-kind historically themed attraction presenting a number of historical events centered on Noah’s Ark as recorded in the Bible. The ark in Kentucky is considered the largest freestanding timber frame structure in the world and is built according to the specs found in the Old Testament scripture. A lunch voucher to the café located within the Ark will be included. Dinner will be on your own at local restaurants near the hotel. Overnight Home2suites Hotel, Georgetown, KY (B) (L)
Day 3, April 3
This morning after breakfast, we will enjoy a guided tour of the Kentucky Horse Park. Set on 1,200 acres of prime bluegrass farmland in Lexington, KY, the horse capital of the world, this Kentucky state park was founded in 1978 and opened to the public as the world’s only park dedicated to man’s relationship with the horse. After lunch, we will tour Kentucky Toyota, America’s first and the world’s largest Toyota manufacturing facility. We will watch the production process of cars such as the Avalon, Lexus ES 350, and America’s best-selling car for 14 years running, the Camry. Day 4, April 4
We will spend today at The Creation Museum, a 75,000-square-foot facility that features animatronic dinosaurs and professional displays that honor God’s Word. These exhibits show why Gods infallible Word, rather than man’s assumptions is the place to begin if we want to make sense of our world. A lunch voucher to the café located within the museum will be included. Mid-afternoon we will depart for the airport for our flight to Houston. (B)(L)
