Tuesday, July 8
We will meet at Dallas Fort Worth Airport for our flight to Cincinnati. Upon arrival at Cincinnati, we will travel to Georgetown, Kentucky for our next 3 nights. We will enjoy a group dinner at a local restaurant. Overnight Georgetown, KY – Home2 Suites (D)
Wednesday, July 9
After breakfast, we will visit the Ark Encounter, a one-of-a-kind historically themed attraction, presenting a number of historical events centered on Noah’s Ark as recorded in the Bible. The Ark is the considered the largest freestanding timber frame structure in the world and is built according to the specs found in the Old Testament. Lunch is included at the onsite restaurant. Thursday, July 10
This morning after breakfast, we will visit the Kentucky Horse Park which encompasses 1,200 acres of prime bluegrass farmland in Lexington, KY, the Horse Capital of the World. This Kentucky state park was founded in 1978 and opened to the public as the world’s only park dedicated to man’s relationship with the horse. After lunch, we will tour Kentucky Toyota, America’s first and the world’s largest Toyota manufacturing facility. We will watch the production process of cars such as the Avalon, Lexus ES 350, and America’s best-selling car for 14 years running – the Camry. We will end the day with a group dinner at a local restaurant. Overnight Georgetown, KY – Home2 Suites (B)(D)
Friday, July 11
We will spend today at The Creation Museum, a 75,000-square-foot facility that features animatronic dinosaurs and professional displays that honor God’s Word. These exhibits show why God´s infallible Word, rather than man´s faulty assumptions, is the place to begin if we want to make sense of our world. Lunch is included at the on-site restaurant. Late afternoon, we will depart for the Cincinnati airport for our return flight to Dallas. (B)(L)
