Additional Information

  • Tour is limited to 18 participants
  • Passports must be valid for at least 6 months AFTER the date of arrival in Africa.
  • The Center for Disease Control advises all travellers to South Africa and surrounding countries to be immunized for Typhoid Fever and begin taking anti malaria medication prior to travelling.
  • There will be no refund for unconsumed hotel meals or unused entrance fees. The itinerary as listed is subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of Prelude Tours.

Trip Cancellation Insurance

Cancellation Policy

  • Prior to January 14, 2020 - cancellation fee of $595 per person
  • January 15 - May 14, 2020 - cancellation fee of $3,800 per person 
  • After May 15, 2020 – No refunds.
